The criminal section also includes: Anti-Terrorism Task Force, Appellate, Asset Forfeiture, and OCDETF.

One of our notable federal jury trials involved approximately 150 lbs. of cocaine that was allegedly being trafficked by the Columbian drug cartel.  We believed that our client’s arrest was unconstitutional and filed appropriate motions. The trial court erroneously denied our motions and ordered us to trial, which resulted in a conviction.  Subsequently, the appeals court decided that we were right and reversed the conviction.  Our client was released.
